Louise

Balance looks different for everyone, but at its core, it’s a holistic approach to living your best life—nurturing your mindset, nutrition, and movement in a way that works for you

Welcome! I’m Louise—a qualified nurse and personal trainer with over 10 years of fitness industry experience. My background in medicine and skills as a personal trainer give me a detailed understanding of the role consistent exercise and balanced  habits play in the prevention (and treatment) of illness and injury. I have a passion for holistic health, exercise and coaching people into healthier movement patterns and routines for an improved lifestyle.

A strong body is a powerful body. If you can learn how to use your body to move in day-to-day living you will build stronger core muscle foundations and are much less likely to hurt your back or cause yourself a different avoidable injury from poor movement patterns

Whether I’m training individuals or groups, I focus on building strong core foundations and teaching proper functional movement techniques. My goal is to help you gain confidence in your movements so you can stay strong, mobile, pain-free, and independent. I work comfortably with older adults, beginners, and those with injuries, including back issues. I’m passionate about helping all my clients live a high-quality life for as long as possible.

As a keen sailor and long-distance runner, I love outdoor training—it’s great for the brain, body, and environment! My group sessions take place in St Kilda’s beautiful parks, where we get to connect with nature (and dogs!) while getting stronger. I run my business with sustainability at the forefront of my mind and believe we all have the individual power to make small changes that collectively add up over time - just like our health.

I practice what I preach, living a balanced lifestyle for optimal mental and physical well-being. In 2024, I coached myself to my best mental and physical shape ever through a completely holistic lifestyle approach and personalised habit change, and now I help others do the same. Whether your goal is big or small, there’s a pathway to success that fits your needs and budget
