Frequently Asked Questions

  • Group training is suitable for all exercise experience levels, you are free to move at your own pace and alternative exercises can be provided where necessary

  • Your own yoga mat, water and a towel. If you have your own glute band - bring it along also. All other training materials will be provided for you.

  • For group and personal training your lock in period is 28 days (4 weeks)

    For personalised programs your lock in period is 8 weeks

  • YES. I am a dog lover and Peanut Farm and Alma Park locations are off lead dog parks.

    This is always at owners discretion as the dogs will ultimately be under your supervision (with heaps of intermittent help and cuddles from me of course)

  • Ultimately your dependents are your responsibility but they are more than welcome to accompany their parent to an exercise session

  • If you are away - you simply suspend your package for that length of time and receive that extra time in credit

  • All sessions will run in the event of light rain. In the event of extreme weather all morning sessions will relocate to Peanut Farm under cover area and you will be notified via text.

    If a session is cancelled by your instructor you will receive a session in credit. You will always be notified via text if there are any changes to a planned session - if you don’t hear otherwise training is on as usual

  • Yes. Your bike will remain supervised at all times throughout training sessions

  • In order to reschedule an already booked appointment you need to provide more than 24 hours notice and contact Louise directly for your appointment to be rescheduled to another available session

    If less than 24 hours notice is provided - the session is forfeited with no refund

  • Please ensure you have noted these details in your pre exercise questionnaire so we can fully assess your health profile to let you know if group training is suitable for your needs before we start. If you have a new injury you must inform us immediately so we can assess your needs and effectively program your needs to accommodate and promote recovery. A personalised exercise proga of rehab exercises for your area concern is a valuable addition to compliment your exercise routine

  • Inform your class instructor immediately - there may be a technique issue that needs to be rectified or you may need an alternative exercise option.

  • As a general rule, if you think you may have hurt yourself while completing a workout keep and eye on the intensity of the pain afterwards. If it is improving over time, leave it and it should be ok within a week or two. If it stops improving before it is completely better, or if it begins to get worse, you may need to consult your doctor, physiotherapist, chiropractor or myotherapist for further consultation and treatment.
