Functional Strength

Kettlebell training incorporating a diverse set of quality exercises aimed at improving overall body strength, fitness and flexibility.  With a specific focus on core strengthening and exercise technique training you’ll get fitter and stronger, embrace healthy movement patterns that reduce the risk of preventable injuries and promote pain-free mobility, thereby contributing to a better quality of life.  Suitable for all levels of experience including beginners.  Kettlebells provided.

Strong Seniors

A gentle full body mobility and strength session using light dumbbells and resistance bands. These sessions are specifically designed for seniors to improve full body mobility and flexibility as well enhance balance and overall muscle strength facilitating healthy movement patterns aiming to decrease the incidence of falls, improve levels of pain associated with chronic diseases such as arthritis and promote longevity of quality independent living.
